“We had a great deal for a week, all inclusive, rentals and ski passes for 2 adults and one child. The rooms were ok, cleaned nicely. Unlike the reviews, the dinners were tasty with variety every evening. Location is perfect as you can reach the hotel from Hubertus slope and likewise leave on skis. The bus stop 2 minutes away for the bus which takes you to Bolzano. Overall, we are very satisfied and would come back.”

“Avoid the room 325, it has a stair ramp in the roof, making the room very uncomfortable. In general very quiet place and very good service. Food is ok”

“If you are planing a trip and considering this place for your stay, I would recommend it, as it offers a relatively good price comparing to other options around, and its location is optimal for achieving the bus stops to/from Bolzano; restaurants (one in the hotel, 3-4 more around); to skiing cable cars Paolina, Lauren, etc). But, I don’t want your expectation to be high, there’s no 3 star experience here. Don’t get me wrong, the room is clean, the stuff is friendly and speaks 3 languages, the hotel has breakfasts, spa, billiard table, a few nice terraces full of snow. It’s very warm in the nights and during the day inside. But it’s still far from 3 stars, and here’s why: - the room doesn’t have a fridge/mini bar, no vending machine in the building - the closest market to buy snacks is 20 mins away; - there’s no simple kettle and tea/coffee/bottle of water set in the room (the only kettle you find is in the spa); - TV has 12 local channels, no smart TV option; - even though the spa is included in the price, the slippers and robe will cost additional €8 per person; - there’s no elevator in the building, so if you live on the last floor (2 floors higher than reception), you will need to walk 4 floors down and back to make yourself a hot tea in the spa; or 3 floors down and back to reach the bar to make an order (if the bar still works); - no phone to call a reception to ask for anything; - breakfasts are moderate. So if you are young, and coming here to spend most of time out, this is the place for you. Great value for money (especially if you have your slippers, kettle, cup, tea, smart TV, and snacks). If you expect comfort and great in-hotel experience, this is not the right choice. So don’t get your hopes up!”

“Sauna and Spa facility is really nice. Staff is quite helpful and friendly. No kettle to heat water in room. Rooms are quite old but functional and still nice. Pity that guest card was not informed before arrival and also not provided upon booking.”
